Patricia Apollonia Kotero has been model and actress in America for a number of years. Kotero went on to be featured in several minor films during the period (reportedly refusing to take part as a character in The Purple Rain follow-up Under the Cherry Moon) before landing a role on the night-time show Falcon Crest during 1985-1986. Apollonia began her professional debut in 1988. But the R&B/dance album it was a bit stale and did not leave a lasting impression on the music buyers of the period, was quickly wiped out. The following decade saw she continued to work as an actress (if somewhat off the radar) as well as a couple of TV roles, movies as well as an exercise video. In 1997, Apollonia recorded a bilingual album in Spanish and English entitled Stay with Me.
